As part of its Local Development Plan Belfast City Council has published draft Supplementary Planning Guidance for Purpose Built Managed Student Accommodation.
This draft document provides additional advice and guidance for the Council’s planning officers, members of the public and applicants, in relation to applications for Purpose Built Managed Student Accommodation.
The draft Supplementary Planning Guidance is open for consultation from now until 5.00 pm on Thursday, 21 November 2024. More information can be found on the Council’s consultation hub.
