Scrabo Community Plan
The Scrabo Community Plan has been developed from the information gathered by surveys and questionnaires with the residents of the Scrabo Estate and through a series of meetings between the Residents’Association, elected representatives, the council and other public bodies. The support of Ards Development Bureau and Community Network and the help of Community Places were invaluable in preparing the Plan.
