Successful ideas included: sports and training, club activity, volunteering, families fishing, footballing toddlers, gardening and growing tips, music, history buffs, gaming buses, defibrillators, gifting, tidy-ups, budding actors, scarecrow trail, toy library, techno chanters, salvaging and repurposing old materials and much more!


Top three tips from the organisers

  1. Ask groups what support they need to get and stay involved and put this support in place
  2. The diversity of partners on the PB Working Group helped to reach out to the local community and pool resources for greater impact
  3. Capture and celebrate the positive community action and connections achieved e.g. through a video or learning event
